SetGridEx
Sets the X,Y,Z point lists in a height-map grid 
- HANDLE PCloud
The handle to the cloud set the points of 
- FLOAT[] X
The array of X coordinates to use 
- FLOAT[] Y
The array of Y coordinates to use 
- FLOAT[] Z
The array of Z coordinates to use 
- ULONG OffsetInfo
The offset and step to increment each axis in: 0xsszzyyxx 
- ULONG GridWidth
The width of the grid to calculate

The number of (X,Y,Z) points to set
