Given an XY on the grid, sets the vertex colour at that point
- HANDLE	PCloud
The handle to the cloud to adjust the colors of
- LONG	Gx
The X coordinate on the grid
- LONG	Gy
The Y coordinate on the grid
- ULONG	RGBA
The (red,green,blue) value to set the point to
- NONE	Return

Add to a calculation icon:
