SetOffset
Sets the offset from the SetPos() position for the label 
- HANDLE TextLabel
The handle to the label to adjust the offset of 
- FLOAT X
The X offset in the current labels axis 
- FLOAT Y
The Y offset in the current labels axis 
- FLOAT Z
The Z offset in the current labels axis 
- NONE Return
