Fortunately I remembered that I had the idf-tools and .espressif folders available from another machine, so copying those two folders over, installing Python, Pip and the Visual Studio Tools as mentioned in the Pico toolchain instructions, and adding some Path variables led to a working installation...

Windows 11 ARM and ESP Toolchain Installer
Installing Flowcode on a Windows 11 ARM machine, and have run into a problem running the ESP Toolchain installer, which isn't compatible and refuses to run (x64 architecture only).
Has anyone attempted or knows how to install the necessary components manually please?
