It looks like it's missing a DLL and so something else might need to be installed. I suspect you should install a suitable Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable, such as discussed here: https://www.microchip.com/forums/m428272.aspx (although you might need a later version than 2005 for PICkit3). 1 I note that the ghost mode for arduino uno still refers to DO & D1 as the control pins for flowcode 8 you sent me a new temporary fcd which was fine but i hoped this would have been fixed permanently in flowcode 9 I've told my colleagues about this and it should be available via a library update ...
