Re: C-Sim Pack
Unfortunately I am not party to any communications you have been having outside of this forum and so I can only support you here. I would like to reiterate that this forum should be the main recourse for product support and is almost always the quickest and best place to get help. I feel I have been...

Re: Raspberry pi (boot option on download)
Thanks for the info. I think this is probably something you are better applying manually when you want to set a specific program to run on boot. For example, what happens when you want to change your device so the program in no longer automatically executed at boot time. Or you want multiple program...

Re: Raspberry pi (boot option on download)
It's a bit of a niche case, but it could be possible. Can you please provide some details of what edits needs to be made and I will look into how this can be done.

Re: DC Motors
Right-click the motor component and select "properties". Then in the Properties window make sure any pin connections are correct. Each one will either start with a "$" or be labelled as "Unconnected". Ensure that all of these are correctly assigned to a valid pin for your microcontroller by clicking...

Re: C-Sim Pack
Have you reapplied your licence to Flowcode itself as explained in this FAQ? https://www.flowcode.co.uk/faq/?a=01 Specifically the text at the end of the FAQ which I'll repeat here for convenience: IMPORTANT: AFTER YOU HAVE ACTIVATED YOUR KEY YOU MUST REAPPLY YOUR LICENCE USING YOUR USERNAME AND PAS...

Re: C-Sim Pack
I'm not impressed with customer service for this company. VERY slow to respond. Looking at the post times in this thread, I responded to you 4 minutes after you posted. I am sorry if you find that level of service too slow! Any faster and I'd be replying before you posted! :) But seriously, please ...

Re: Oscilloscope trigger 'first run' issue
Yes - it does record and show events before the trigger occurs. Regarding the oscilloscope closing issue, your description has helped and I think I may know what's going on. I think at some stage the oscilloscope window and the simulation window have become docked together (or tiled together) in the...

Re: C-Sim Pack
Sorry you've got no reply via the main website.
There should be no need to download the pack. Once you have added the key to your licence using the "Add Key" button in the "Licensing and account" window you should just need to restart Flowcode and the functionality will be unlocked.

Re: Oscilloscope trigger 'first run' issue
Hi Martin, I've tried following your instructions and I'm not seeing the problems that you are, but I am keen to get to the bottom of this and understand why we are experiencing different things. I am using the latest build (v9.3.1.36 dated 1st Nov 22). Here's what I am doing: Open your file in Flow...

Re: Raspberry Pico not working
Sorry you are having problems installing the PICO toolchain. For the PICO, we have to rely on 3rd party installers and so we have little control over the installation and setup process. We have found that errors like this are often caused by installing the wrong version of the installer or installin...
