I have tested the servo controller further on.

If I assign two servos compiles perfectly like with one servo

If I assign 3 servo channels in the servo controller, complier quits with a error.

additional feedback. I just tried to open up a second servo controller in order to get at least 16 servo channels.
Then you get a compiler error again.

So is the limit 8 channels??

....mh OK!! Putting that statement in a C Box will come back with a compiler error. It will not compile.

I assume the ESP32 C Box code is may differnt.

what do you mean with pwm component in order to change the frame rate fromm 50 to 100Hz

Should I use the PWM component instead of the servo controller component?? Is this your suggestion??

Additional question!! Is there a way to edit the frame rate. Now it is fixed at 20ms (50Hz). Cool would be 15ms and 10ms (75Hz and 100Hz) too.

like I promised some weeks ago here is my feedback.

1. Microchip Pro-Compiler 1.45 with my old FC8 and new FC9 is working fine!!

2. No problems observed with the toolchain too.
