ESP32 IDF v5.0 Support

Hi

I hate messing with things that "work" especially if relying on other software, so my plan was pretty much as you suggest. Uninstall, registry clean and then a fresh install using 5.1. Unfortunately I had to leave shortly after I sent the update so I'll do it next time I'm in front of it.

I appreciate v5.x is work in progress so my posts are more FYI as I have another machine with 4.x that pretty much works most of the time.

Uninstalled, ran a Registry cleaner, rebooted then did a fresh install using v5.1.1.

Happy to inform that the speed of the UART can now be changed from 115200.
