drum roll.......
We are pleased to announce the launch of www.flowcodexchange.com
This is a (independent) site to allow the sale of Flowcode components and programming expertise.
Currently there are a few components - but we will be adding more over the next few weeks.
These are components that don't always have a place in the main distribution of Flowcode - but if you need them they will save you a ton of time.. Components will be tested and documented - possibly with source code - some may work with simulation, others only on hardware.
We also aim to sell some of the hardware too. The aim is to encourage and expand the use of Flowcode as the mainstream language for embedded projects.
All the credit goes to Peter (p.erasmus/qmesar) and his daughter Marina - who took the very basic ideas and made them a reality - so all kudos and thanks to them.
If anyone has created any interesting components or code they would like to sell (or give away) then head on over for a look too!
Martin

Re: Flowcode Exchange
Hi Martin, Peter and Marina
I have tested the shop with the free component and it's works fine.
Nice idea and a perfect graphics in the homepage!
I also add my email for the mailing list. So I'm very interested how this will go on.
regards
Stefan

Re: Flowcode Exchange
Hello,
Just noticed this post, have to say I really like the idea.
During the years I have created some user macros to interface breakout boards that were missing on flowcode
but these are in the form of Maros, I never actually understood how to create a flowcode component
once I tried to follow a youtube video but the English accent and the way he was explaining it did not help that much.
Is there a good tutorial on how to create a flowcode conponent?

Re: Flowcode Exchange
Hi Allen.
leigh once made a document to make simple components from macro's ,I just cant find it at the moment, Ben also did some stuff regarding this in the FC wiki specially for I2C and SPI communication maybe they can refer you to these docs ,
Would be nice to see you active on FC_Xcahnge sharing your components

Re: Flowcode Exchange
Maybe I'm wrong and I apologize in advance but all the free components on the FlowcodeXchange are out of stock, or I can't find a way to download the component (ADS1115 AD Converter 16-bit I2C Interface).
I apologize once again if I'm wrong

Re: Flowcode Exchange
Hi
Many software items appear to be "out of stock" but this post may help
https://www.matrixtsl.com/mmforums/view ... 301#p78301
I found it after looking in the Exchange for the component.

Re: Flowcode Exchange
Afternoon,
That last time i spoke to peter, unfortunately this site is no longer managed due to lack of interest.
I would message peter ( P.erasmus ) and maybe martin ( mnfisher ) as they ran the site.
they may be able to assist with any queries that you might have.
Steve
