V9 Touch screen that works off-the-shelf

Post by kdoney34711 »

This is really a request for suggestions. Anything that works out of the box would be appreciated.

Is there a combination of a commercial ESP32 and touch screen components that has been proven to work in Flowcode 9? I suppose I could try the esp support in Arduino IDE and move the display module back to Flowcode 9 as c or macros?

Hi kdoney

There is a Modul with touchscreen and can be programmed with FC9.
that has been proven to work in Flowcode 9
It's not proved and still some (little) problems but it's good to look at it.

Nextion displays provide a powerful, easy to use and 'self-contained' option.

They communicate with the MCU via a UART.

They are available in a range of sizes and 'capabilities' - see https://nextion.tech/intelligent-series-introduction/
