Jan Lichtenbelt, NL in August, 2017 did the project in FC8 with Ina219.
You can visit an old FC forum and search for flowcode example.

Hello,
INA219 is I2C device. I´m pretty confident that you can adress this device via the existing I2C component inside FC.
