However I am aware of this issue and in my very first post in this tread I mentioned that I am using external OSC with 16Mhz
and in the screen print you will notice I unabled the Internal OSC setting due to running External

just a note I am using 16Mhz no PLL external Chrystal so the issue with internal OSC and Ghost it is not

Hi Ben,

This issue is solved with 25K22 and EB006 it seems the PC USB posrt does not have enough current drive :D I changed to external Power supply and the Ghost is working,I do not know Flowkit but for now I am ok with debugging .The confusion part is the code run well with the USB connected it seems it is only when I switch Ghost that the port cannot handle the little 1 or 2 mA more :D :D I did not think about such problem
