Updating to V9-2

Post by AaronDavis »

Hi. If I try to update my V9 to either V9-1 or 9-2 I get an error like 'Failed: Cant find the files in the directory'. I have full admiration rights. Then when I try to open the program again it is dead and I have to reinstall it. has anybody had success with updating, can this be done with a manual download?
I have the Pro Version.

Thanks

'Could Not Install updated Data in the Expected Location' is the actual Error text

Hi
I get that if I'm running Kaspersky security cloud.
I need to disable my antivirus prior to installing Flowcode.
Not sure why it kicks up a fuss as Flowcode is legit software.
Do you run Kaspersky or Comodo firewall?

Not Sure If I Have Succeeded. I redownloaded Installer From Website, Uninstalled Program & Redid it. Now It opens even when I have the Update Core files selected in the Setting. I have noticed though that before I always had files to update in the Library Updates and it looked like ones for packages I don't have but it would update the ones I did have and then they would no longer show in the list, Now I do not have any showing, have to assume they are all updated.

Where does it tell me the minor Revision I have installed, I only can see V9 every where, No Version 9.1 or 9.2?

Thank you :)

thanks medelec35, I think I tried turning off the Antivirus & Firewall when V9-1 was to be updated without success. I have not used this for so long as I have been busy on other projects. I finally have A use for it again :) Started with V6,7,8 and now 9 and I never really have used it LOL. I just like to collect these things :)

Hi, Aaron.
Select ? on the right and that will display your version of flowcode.
What I like to do the I install Flowcode is when I update, I change Files in-use to Full database.
