I can see why option 3 is locking Flowcode. It is because the objects being repositioned are on different panels and this causes an issue when an object on one panel is immediately repositioned after an object on another panel.
App Developer 2d panel now (or not) redraws

The LedMono has the same problem. It's sometimes not change the state.
The Traficligth works perfect. it always change the state. So I dont need to move a compnent for refresh.

I testet the Led Array (just one led) and there is the same problem.
Sometimes the state don't change.
The traficligth is always working correct.
