Have you manually added the key you received and then manually activate the license ?

Yes, I also tried offline activation, but the license is still unusable.

Hi Sasi.

Just to make sure did you go to licenseing >> Licensing and add the key you received
as below if you select add key a window will open that you can enter your key into .

When that is done you need to go to Licensing >> Manage
then a window will open similar to this one with a tab Activate my license you need to go to that tab and activate the key with your Flowcode MATRIX account details

If you have done this and it still does not work the you need to conatct Alfie Dobson by email

Thank you for the advices
Unfortunately, the key is already inactive.
I've already corresponded with Mr. Alfie Dobson.
However, something has changed:
