	FmtPacket
Sent when a %e is read in a format string when decoding a packet
- HANDLE	StreamH
The scope being decoded
- LONG	TimeOffset
The -ve time-reference of the start of the overlay packet
- ULONG	Duration
The time duration the packet of the overlay packet
- BYTE[]	Data
The data packet to be decoded
- ULONG	Bits
The number of bits (not bytes) in Data[]
- ULONG	EventId
A event identifier to help distinguish decodes
- STRING	Result
The format string to return
- ULONG	Return
Non-zero to claim the packet, zero for Flowcode to add a packet automatically
