Installation problem Toolchain ESP32

Hello guys and good start 2021,
I have a problem with the installation of the ESP32 Toolchain on my Win7 64Bit pc. I tried several ways also by launching * .exe from cmd but at the end of the installation it always gives the error. I realized that the windows defender part is inhibited and therefore I cannot insert the flag. I am attaching some screens.

Are you using the python and git from the installer or supplied by yourself. We have had reports that using your own Python can cause issues if certain commands are not supported.

We have also had a report that the toolchain download from our site had issues but direct from Espressif was ok. Though this is unconfirmed and I have installed our mirrored toolchain without any problems.

Could be the Espressif server was temporarily down?
