Generic.fcd missing or corrupt

Hi,
I have opened this file before (Free nmains power monitor app developer) so I do not think it is that. When I try to open it now I get the warning unable to create microcontroller generic.fcd is missing or corrupt. I do not understand why it mentions microcontroller as it is an app developer project.
I have tried downloading the file again and the same thing.

Probably related, I ignored the generic.fcd and then got this error so they are probably related.

Hmm, It might be me trying to open the wrong file?

I think I was trying to open the wrong file, I think I was trying to open the app rather than the source files.
