Flowcode 9 crashing and freezing

I see things (Quality) didn't improve with matrix and flowcode since I bought V4 pro all those years ago

Anyway, thought I'd give V9 a go with arduino, on the 3rd go of starting a flow script, prior two attempts flowcode crashes and it has now frozen on the 3rd go.

That's surprising. We're not getting many reports of this kind of thing.

Can you please send me a project file and give me steps so I can try to replicate the issue. And is there anything particularly unusual about your setup (e.g. running in a virtual machine) that could be causing you to have problems?

i have a FC9, purchased at 09/03/21 .
i used this program last time around end of 2021. today i tried to use again, but when i click to BUILD icon, i get an error message (below).
i tried with different PIC, and tried with empty project, same result. moreover, i cant close this message window, appear again and again (i cant save the project), and i need to shutdown the FC9 from task manager. before i used the FC9 today, i allowed a core upgrade...my FC9 worked before.

the error message:
"Flowcode has encountered a problem from which it is unable to recover. Please save your work and then close and re-start Flowcode"

i tried to delete/reinstall without core update, dosnt helped.
problem appaear with empty project too, immediately, when i click to BUILD.

Hi Gábor.
That issue has happened in the past for users that have not updated to the latest build (v9.3.1.36)
To do that check you have select Global Settings.. > Applications tab > Check for core updates on launch ticked.
You will also need to be updated with the latest components after doing a core update.
You can do that via Library Updates after running FlowcodeLauncher.exe - Shortcut
If Flowocde still crashes then it could be a third-party application e.g. antivirus or firewall blocking access to Flowcode v9 exe.
