I just bought the floecode V10 professional license with the arduino pack, but I don't understand how to update flowcode with the new license

Hi,
As far as I can recall, when you open Flowcode there is a licencing tab at the top left, click on that and select manage from the drop down menu and then select My flowcode licence, insert your details and click activate.

Did you login to your franky1978 account before purchasing?
I have had a look and there are no keys associated with franky1978.
If you can PM me any information e.g. email address used, account name and time of purchase, etc., I will get this investigated for you.

If not logged in, select Login
Copy and paste your key that you would have received today via email.

Hi.
Since adding the key to your account, its vital to reactivate your licence within Flowcode.
When first loading Flowocde, it can be done via Licensing > Manage > My Flowocde Licence

Or if you already have a project open, it's via Help > Licensing > Manage > My Flowocde Licence
