Does anyone here know how RASPBERRYPI-DISPLAY can be connected to ESP32 ?

Hi,
I would say it can't be done. To clarify, it probably can be done but you would need to design and build a breakout interface from the ribbon cable to pins.

Oops, I have just noticed you actually show the breakout board. From what I can ascertain the display is SPI so you should? just need the SPI connection.
How you actually control it may be harder if you dont have the information.
