Global Settings is not available (Solved)

Hello,
I downloaded version 10 to try but haven't bought it yet.
I find that the Global Settings menu item is missing from the File menu. Is this a bug or am I looking in the wrong place?

Hi

When you first open FC and see options to create a new project or open an existing, you will see an icon for Global Settings on top left.

If you are already within FC then if you click on File you will see Global Settings at bottom left.
