Re: LICENCE : Unable to establish connection with server
Hello.
I have just tried and can activate Flowcode. at least that is showing the issue is not with Matrix servers.
For some reason Flowcode is being blocked by a firewall or other third party from communicating with the matrix servers.
Within File > Global Settings, can you check the following settings match: Do the library updates work ok or report a connection error?

Re: LICENCE : Unable to establish connection with server
This appears to be a "ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT" message that is created by Windows. Searching the internet, I've found posts that show Windows Defender can block internet access and cause this error be be created.
You could try looking at the logs of Windows Defender and any other anti-malware apps you have running to see if they are blocking "FlowcodeV10.exe" or the "fc_licensing.exe" app. You could also try creating exceptions to allow those exes through the firewall.

Re: LICENCE : Unable to establish connection with server
I'm fairly certain this is caused by some app on your PC that is preventing the fc_licensing.exe program from accessing the internet. This could be Windows Defender, or it could be another firewall or anti-malware app.
If you cannot find the cause in the logs for these apps then you could try to white-list (i.e. add as an exception) the fc_licensing.exe program.
You could also try running Windows in safe mode and try using Flowcode to re-activate the licence.
