MCP3008 Analog Expanders

Hi,
This is frankly me just being a bit lazy and I have used these with FC already but a well supported Component for them would be be very handy to many. Unless other good alteratives are already supported.

MCP3008 - SPI, Easy way to add 8x 10bit Analoge channels to your project. MCP3004 is 4 channel and there ar other varients with higher Bit depth.
Things like the Pi PICO are a bit crap for AV inputs.
Nothing urgent from my side but just a thought. J.

There are other external ADC component to try.
If you search for ADC then you will see:

Some of which will only require two pins as they are I2C driven
However, since you have requested MCP3008, we will create the component for you.

Hi Martin,
thanks, the MCP offer the 8 channel at 10 bits I think, the others currently supported are 4 channel.
They all kind of do the same thing but some suit certain projects better than others.
