Hi Abhi
You need to use mLoader for the programming.
It depends on what you have connected to the board if you need the 12v PSU connected or nor. If just programming I can just use the USB, but that depends on how much power is available from the PC/Laptop. Best to use the 12v to avoid problems.
I would need to check the schematic for ICSP details. It's shown in the EB2 brochure.

Yes, I tried mLoader to download the program, but somehow nothing works for the moment, i will recheck everything again.
I always have a 24V SMPS on my table, need to arrange one of 12V, i will order one for BL0080.
Okay now i found the ICSP from the datasheet as you said earlier.
Pin1- MCLR/VPP
Pin2- +ve/VDD
Pin3- Gnd/0V/VSS
Pin4- B7/PGD
Pin5- B6/PGC
Pin6- Blank
