I am running the program as administrator.
I have done a complete reinstallation of the software.
Any suggestions as to what to try next?

Activation error
When trying to activate the software (Version 11), I get the following error message:
My password and username are correct.
I am running the program as administrator.
I have done a complete reinstallation of the software.
Any suggestions as to what to try next?

Sorry you're having a problem. I'm not sure if I've seen this error before. Is there anything 'unusual' about your PC or Windows?
It seems like the Flowcode activation app is not finding the downloaded licence file. Perhaps anti-malware software is preventing access to downloads?

As far as I know there is nothing unusual about my PC.
It does look like the file that can't be found is in the correct folder:
As for anti-malware, the only thing I am running is windows defender. Which is not reporting anything unusual.
