Hello,

I wrote a simple little program using a TSOP31236 (36 kHz) and a 4-digit TM1637 display to show the reading sent via RC5_TX and RC5_RX, but I can't get the program to compile; it throws an error related to a timer.

I think it's a bug in Flowcode.

Man, I was really struggling with this—I even swapped out every single TMR, but it kept throwing errors over and over. I just compiled it, correct; for a moment, I thought you might have an update I didn't have. I'm going to test it on the hardware right away.

As they say in Mexico, "¡Ay, Chihuahua!"... I'm going to test it out before the program decides to act up.

Hi,

I just fixed the flowchart. It starts by testing that the display is working correctly, then enters a loop waiting to detect an RC5 TX signal; I connected an LED to pin A2 as a detection indicator, and the display itself shows the reading. However, the display doesn't respond at startup, and once it enters the loop to wait for the RC5 signal, neither the LED lights up nor does the display turn on—it remains off.

Have you tried setting your display brightness to 7 as a test instead of 1? Perhaps it is just too dark to be visible? I once spent an embarrassing amount of time with a LCD that had it's brightness turned down way too far.......

One observation: the display turns on in the simulation, but not in the hardware.
