Connecting BL0011 Programmer to PC

I've just connected my new BL0011 programmer to my Win10 PC laptop for the first time, upon plugging the USB connector into the PC a display msg indicated 'we are just finding the right drivers for this device' then after a short delay the laptop started making a series of tones or bleeps from the speaker which just constantly repeated, after 5 minutes or so and nothing else appeared to be happening other than the constant bleeping tones I pressed the reset button on the BL0011 board at which point the bleeping tones ceased, (I recon this must indicate some connection between the programmer board and the laptop) but upon releasing the reset button the tones just continue to repeat.
I unplugged the USB lead from the laptop at which point the bleeping tones ceased, and rebooted the laptop in case a restart was required to complete the USB drivers installation. Upon connecting the BL0011 programmer board to the laptop by the USB lead the laptop continues to make these repeated tones or bleeps. Any idea what is going on?
I've checked in Win10 Device Manager under USB Controllers and there is no indication of any unrecognized device, nor however is there any indication of any Matrix or BL0011 USB driver
Last question reading Matrix documentation there is a mention of having to download from Matrix website a program called MLOADER, I'm not sure if this is something I need to do? I'm using Flowcode 9 which has been installed on the laptop and appears to be working OK in simulation mode, and there was no indication during installing FC 9 that I needed to download and install this MLOADER, so I'm not sure if this requirement for MLOADER is for legacy boards or older versions of Flowcode? please advise as I'm keen as mustard to get experimenting with my E Blocks 2 BL0502 development kit

Good choice!
I love the E-blocks programmer, I use it a lot.
Have you downloaded and installed USB drivers from the Resources tab on this page?

As for Mloader.
You will already have it and its shipped with Flowcode.
You can find it in

\Program Files (x86)\Flowcode v9\data\tools

Just make sure you have E-Blocks ticked as the default programmer within Flowcode compiler settings.
Flowcode automatically accesses mLoader, so you don't need to.

Problem now solved, once I had downloaded the USB drivers from the resources page as advised by medelec35 and set FC 9 compile to EBlocks my programmer is now working
