Download full database updates

I've made it a "good practice", to open FC9 ones in while to update the component database.

There is the option that is set as standard to only update the files of components in use.
But most of the time the data isn't much more than half a Mb..

Why not set the option to download the whole database when updating?
Maybe a FC9 setting to always get the latest component files?

Are you aware that if you run Library updates before loading a flowchart, the default is for a full database?
