Would it be possible to program the ESP32 C3 with FC9?
The C3 only has 32 pins and is very energy-efficient

In answer to your question, maybe.
We haven't tested it so it may simply work or it may require a newer version of the toolchain and potentially some changes to the CAL etc. It's on our list to get some of the alternate ESP modules and have a go but currently we've not been able to do this.
