ESP compatibility?? (ESP32-S2FN4R2)

Post by MJU20 »

Does anyone know if this chip: ESP32-S2FN4R2 can be programmed with the Flowcode/ESP32 toolchain?

Thanks!

Sorry you have not had a reply. Please note that during the holiday season that staff and fellow users may not be as active on this forum due to other commitments.

As to your question, we do not support that directly - see the table of supported devices. However, there have been other discussions on this forum about supporting other devices that may help you work with that device.

Thank you Steve,

I realise that during these days everybody deserves time-off. You really deserve it!.
But I asked this not to be answered by a Matrix staff member. Anyone could answer that.

The community feeling should be fed some more.

Thanks for the supported device table.
On a mobile device this table is not shown (only the brands of microcontroller).

But if I see ESP32-S.... and some more numbers, I can't really know if the figures after the S are relevant for the compatibility.

Anyway, I really hope that everybody here (and elsewhere) has a great new year!

Doesn’t everyone, including the community deserve some time off?

Also, you might have noticed, the regular contributing group consists of very few people. The number of people asking questions is a much larger group. Because not everyone is familiar with all tool chains and there are so few answering the questions the chances are not all questions get an answer.

Anyway,
Wishing you all the best for the new year.

hi Mju20,
Yes I know this esp32-S2F SoC family ESP32-S2FH2, ESP32-S2FH4, ESP32-S2FN4R2 they are the cheapest ESP32 IC but they are not yet supported in Flowcode.
I already asked to Flowcode team and they are working on it
