Hi,
You should be a bit more specific in your comments as CLC can have many different meanings!
I asume you are taliking about the Configurable Logic Cell Module of the PIC16F1XX series of chips if so there is no FC compoent to do that you have to configure and write code yourself to handle the module using C Code, as an help you can configure the Cells in MPLAB Code configurator and add the generated code to your FC chart
If it is not the CLC I am thinking of then you should tell us what CLC mean to you
