I know it. So MCU Power is 3.3V and RS-485 Power is 5V.
I tested PIC18F45K40 with MAX484 MAX13487 on 3.3V, 5V.

I wonder if it's something to do with the timings and the DDR pin. Looking at the signals can you compare data being sent to data being received, is any of it missing at the start or end of the data?
