V10 Chip Pack Licencing

I've just upgraded from V9 to V10 and purchased 2 chip packs. However, I am unable to see any changes i.e. the chip packs are still simulate mode. Arduino and RPI. How does this work? Do I receive a code?

I have just checked and it looks like there are no keys attached to your account.
Have you received a key?
If so, can you follow this FAQ and attach a key to your account?
If you have done I will send an email to a colleague to look into what is going wrong.
If you have not received a key via email, then have you checked your spam folder?

I received a key for V9 and upgraded to V10 today. I then purchased the chip packs. In the FAQ is shows one where the key should go but there is no add key button when i select licensing. It's actually blank apart from some grey chip pack boxes. I've checked the spam but nothing there.

Did you log on and then click Buy (or you can click buy then log on)?
If you do find your key you can enter it here, but make sure you are logged in first.
I will send an email to a colleague who should be able to help further.

I received an email (invoice) from Matrix confirming my purchase. I still don't have access to the chip packs. In licensing it still says BUY. I believe I logged in and bought the chip packs. It does say FREE_VERSION though if that's something to do with the issue?
