Good afternoon,
We are following the worksheets for Modern Electric Machines and using the Matrix SCADA motor control software, but are unable to use/enable the Sweep (data logging) function.
Apparently, we have to use an associated CSV file, but not sure where to start with this.
Would a screenshot of what we have in the folder help?
There are the six files extracted during setup.
The laptop that is being used is a college one, there were initial problems installing the software because BAT, EXE files had to be re-enabled.
We are having to work with an IT department, so this is a little more administratively complex.
Is it possible that the problem that we are encountering is associated with pc configuration and/or security settings?
Thank you, J

Re: Sweep function
Hello,
The files from the EM software should look like this.
The .csv file is inside the Logs folder by default. Logging can be disabled via the properties pane on the right hand side. You can also specify the location of the .csv log file. This file needs to have write access if you want to be able to save your data.
One thing to check is if the files have been extracted, they might not work correctly if still inside the .zip file.
