Matrix Multimedia Limited was started in 1993 with the aim of becoming an educational electronic publisher. Between 1993 and 2000 the company developed around 27 CD ROMs in the fields of Geography, Mathematics and Medicine. These were sold all over the world. The advent of the internet reduced the sales of CD ROMs and the company diversified into designing and marketing resources for teaching microcontroller programming. The company changed its name to Matrix Technology Solutions Limited and its principal activity is still to create and market high quality learning solutions. Matrix TSL web site is at www.matrixtsl.com. The company employs 23 people in Halifax, West Yorkshire, England.
Flowcode was first released in the year 2000. Over the last 20 years Flowcode has been through a number of iterations. As Flowcode made it easy to develop highly functional electronics systems the number of industrial users has grown to the point where there are now 3000 professional users of Flowcode.
As the number of users continues to rise in 2021 we created www.flowcode.co.uk to allow us to provide more focussed information and service for our growing number of industrial users.
