In v9 the ESP target is not part of the free chips list and so compilation will stop after the trial period has ended.

In v10 the ESP32 target is a free target and perhaps you should consider upgrading to v10.

Hello,

I beleive in v9 the ESP pack was free but you needed to apply your free license to get it. This might be as simple as clicking help -> licensing -> manage and then clicking My Flowcode license and signing in with your username and password.

Saying this.. You might be better off using v10 now as all the components there are free and some of the ESP32 devices are also included for free.

You should not need to activate to obtain the free licence. Flowcode will default to this once the trial has finished.

Did you try the suggestion above?

If you are still having problems, can you please hold the "ctrl" key down when clicking to build your project and then upload your project file (*.fcfx) *and* the ".msg.txt" file that lists the compilation output here and we will investigate.
