Flowcode v9 PIC16F1615 DAC module not working FC9

Hi, I have a problem with the DAC module in FC9 on the PIC16F1615, the output seems to be stuck at 4.5V output no matter what value is set in the DAC_Value in the SetOutput icon. is this a bug in FC9??
