Problems with programming in FC7

Hi there,

I have made a simple program in FC9 for a blinking led (see attachement)
Simmulation works oke, when programming to the chip nothing works.
I have included the compiler message, it keeps adding dots for minutes.
There is no difference is the programmer EB-008 is conncted or not.

What am I doing wrong?
Please let me know.
