ESP compiler not installed

Hello

I am trying the demo version of F9, and when I try to compile to target device, I get " ESP compiler toollchain not installed..."
I downloaded from the site and installed. Later a CMD window prompted me to go to installation folder and run idf.py build.
What is that?
No clue!
Searched the directory to avail.
After the toolchain installation I still get the same error!

Any thoughts ?
